Development

All of our people managers participate in programming to understand what is expected of them and to build a network of leaders across the business. We offer over a year’s worth of development activities, including ones for individual contributors who wish to explore a career path in management.

Events

We regularly host events that provide Datadogs dedicated time to focus on their personal growth and development. Our most popular event initiative to date is Learning Week, a biannual week-long event that promotes employee-to-employee knowledge sharing across the company.

Platforms

We offer a number of different software licenses that provide access to online learning content anytime, anywhere. We continuously evaluate our tech stack and course catalog to ensure our material stays relevant and accessible.

English Language
Support

Many Datadogs speak multiple languages, and English is not always their native tongue. For those who want to improve their English language skills to better communicate with colleagues, we offer live coaching as well as online learning options.

Learning
Communities

Datadogs from any team or region can band together to create a Learning Community, a group with a shared focus on developing a particular skill through education, practice, and discussion. These groups are employee-driven and meet regularly.
