Rev Ops, Technical Programs Specialist - Boston

Purpose

This role will partner with our business stakeholders across the business to translate key business objectives into operational processes and systematic changes in order ensure scalability as we drive the business forward. This individual will be responsible for prioritizing and identifying the most impactful asks from the business, combining business context and technical understanding to determine feasibility and the best path forward, and working with our partners across all operational functions to plan and execute these changes. 

 

As we continue to grow the Technical Programs team, this individual will be key in driving innovation to execute on smaller changes more quickly and with fewer resources in order to shift the focus towards more strategic initiatives. 



What You’ll Do:

 

  • Strategic partner to key business stakeholders across the organization, responsible for translating complex business objectives into operational design and technical solutions
  • Act as a technical stakeholder across all areas of GTM process, providing feedback and prioritization, understanding how the design fits within existing structures and potential downstream implications, and ensuring they are built for scale 
  • Deep understanding of our current processes and automations in our entire Sales Tech Stack to ensure effective design improvements, opportunities to combine and streamline workstreams, and ensure proper change management
  • Own short and medium term operational roadmap through sprint planning in collaboration with Sales Systems to ensure we are serving all of our stakeholders across the business, including ourselves in Revenue Operations 
  • Perform effective stakeholder management, to ensure that final solutions are met and any adjustments needed to design are understood and agreed upon
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies impacting solution delivery, and drive resolution, escalating appropriately when needed
  • Collaborate with business partners to ensure requirements are defined and scoped, and with technical teams to validate that solutions will meet business stakeholders needs 
  • Identify opportunities for innovation in intake, prioritization, solution design and execution frameworks to allow the team to deliver minor changes more quickly and with fewer resources in order to shift the focus towards more strategic initiatives
  • Develop cadence of re-evaluation of existing processes to ensure efficiency and relevance to the sales teams 

 

Who You Are:

  • 3-5 Years in Revenue Operations or Related role
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter that adapts well to change in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace
  • Experience with a fast-growing SaaS company and ability to demonstrate a strong grasp of the SaaS Sales process and revenue recognition
  • Experience preferred in project management for enterprise size implementations and user feedback gathering
  • Proficiency in Excel for analyzing and interpreting data, using data to drive insights, informed decision making and process optimization.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), sales enablement tools, data analytics platforms and other relevant sales technologies.
