Senior Product Marketing Manager (Operations and Program Management)

Datadog is seeking a collaborative and process driven individual to own Product Marketing Operations to help us continue our exceptional growth. The person will define, build and refine cross-functional processes, operationalize business planning and take on special projects that impact the entire team. A background in product marketing is nice to have, but we are really looking for someone who is incredibly process oriented and highly collaborative.

What You’ll Do:
- Define and document all core processes that Product Marketing interacts with and create new ways to optimize the flow of our work
- Build and manage a quarterly OKR creation and review process that includes reviews, stakeholder feedback and look backs.
- Create a new cross-functional process for content creation spanning PMM, writing, Demand Gen and Brand that includes prioritization and feedback loops. Own the ongoing planning motion, program prioritization and execution
- Act as a horizontal lead to coordinate major cross-functional projects such as website refreshes, customer stories, major events, and more
- Own PMM product launch calendar and maintain alignment with product teams. Serve as the central point of contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across Event Strategy, PR, Sales Enablement, and other stakeholders.
- Build process to own and write internal communications to support VP of PMM and CMO
- Own KPI reporting and readout process. Work with the leadership team to establish KPIs then supporting functions to pull data and make decisions. Create a framework for weekly/monthly team status updates.
Who You Are:
- 3-5+ years experience in program management. Bonus for product marketing experience or experience in a related marketing role
- Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills. This role is highly cross-functional and will require working with multiple stakeholders from all departments and levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including distilling data and details into compelling, clear narratives and recommended actions
- Strong familiarity with go-to-market motions in B2B SaaS companies of a similar size.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects and large scale programs with multiple stakeholders such as campaigns, events and integrated panning
