Senior Manager, TS Enablement Program Management

New York, New York, USA

As part of Datadog’s GTM Enablement department, the Technical Solutions (TS) Enablement team helps share knowledge, provide ongoing education, and maintain scalable programs for our internal product experts—Sales Engineers, Support Engineers, Technical Account Managers, and Solutions Architects. We work across multiple teams to build and deliver impactful enablement programs that drive technical proficiency, customer impact, and business results.

Datadog is growing fast—and with that growth comes increasing scale and complexity in how we enable our Technical Solutions teams. As the Senior Manager of Technical Solutions Enablement Program Management, you’ll lead a team of Enablement Program Managers (EPMs) and drive the strategic direction for enablement initiatives across onboarding, product education, and global live workshops.

In this role, you'll coach and scale your team while also owning key programs and driving alignment with senior stakeholders across Sales Engineering, Support, and Technical Account Management. You’ll define and evolve how we structure and measure our programs, propose new initiatives that address emerging business needs, and ensure enablement efforts translate into measurable performance improvement. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we scale technical enablement globally.

At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds, and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and grow a team of Enablement Program Managers who own and execute critical programs across core Technical Solutions audiences
  • Coach your team in stakeholder management, strategic program planning, and execution excellence—while leading select high-impact programs directly
  • Define and drive the strategy for onboarding, product learning, and global workshops in collaboration with TS leadership and cross-functional partners
  • Own relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure enablement programs align with evolving priorities and business needs
  • Develop scalable processes for program planning, measurement, and communication to support team efficiency and consistency
  • Define and track success metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and communicate business impact
  • Anticipate enablement needs across audiences and regions; propose and lead new initiatives to address capability gaps or improve efficiency
  • Collaborate closely with Enablement, Product, Sales, Support, and Ops teams to align on goals, share resources, and deliver integrated experiences
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing, and inclusive team culture, with a strong focus on team development and career growth

Who You Are:

  • 6–8+ years of experience in program management, enablement, or operations, including at least 2 years managing a team
  • Experienced people leader who actively mentors and grows their team, and supports performance and career development across levels
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of aligning enablement programs to business objectives and scaling execution
  • Skilled in building and managing senior-level stakeholder relationships, and navigating competing priorities across functions
  • Proactive and data-driven: you define program goals, track impact, and iterate based on feedback and performance
  • Comfortable owning cross-regional initiatives and managing ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Fluent in collaboration and project management tools like Google Suite (especially Sheets), Lucidchart (or equivalent), and Jira
  • You lead with empathy and high ownership, and you thrive in building scalable structures that empower your team and stakeholders

  Bonus points:

  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company
  • Familiarity with technical audiences such as Sales Engineers or Support Engineers
  • Background in onboarding, field enablement, or live enablement programs
  • Experience designing and scaling enablement strategies globally
