The Chief of Staff to the CPO will serve as an advisor, thought partner, and execution lead to support the CPO in driving efficiency, alignment, and operational excellence across the Product organization. This highly impactful role requires a balance of strategic thinking, operational execution, and strong communication skills to support a technical product suite in a fast-growing environment. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of deep technical acumen, business strategy expertise, and organizational leadership.

What You'll Do:

  • Planning & execution: Partner with the CPO to develop and execute key strategic initiatives, drive OKR alignment across the Product team, and track progress on business objectives. Drive the annual planning process together with cross functional partners.

  • Cross-functional Coordination: Act as a key liaison between the Product, Engineering, Design, and GtM teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and information flow.

  • Operational Excellence: Partner with the Product Ops team to develop and implement scalable processes, tools, and frameworks that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Product organization.

  • Data-driven Decision Making: Analyze key product and business metrics, synthesize insights, and provide recommendations to support executive decision-making.

  • Executive Communications: Craft presentations, reports, and comms on behalf of the CPO, ensuring clarity and consistency of messaging.

  • Meeting & Agenda Management: Manage leadership meetings, set agendas, track action items, and ensure follow-ups to drive accountability across teams.

Who You Are:

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, strategy, consulting, or operations within a high-growth technology company.

  • Technical background (CS degree, engineering experience, or deep familiarity or cloud infrastructure, observability) strongly preferred.

  • Proven experience working closely with senior executives, managing cross-functional initiatives, and driving organizational change.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex problems into clear insights and action plans.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
