Group Product Manager - Network Monitoring

As the Group Product Manager for Network Monitoring, you will lead a team of product managers to expand Datadog’s Network Monitoring suite, providing unified network visibility across clouds, applications, and devices. Network Monitoring is a critical component of observability, enabling customers to correlate data across applications, infrastructure, and networks.
In this role, you will define the vision and roadmap for Datadog’s Network Monitoring products, driving innovation to meet evolving customer needs. Additionally, you will assess the network monitoring market and execute strategies to grow the product ecosystem, ensuring it addresses the demands of this dynamic space.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead a team of product managers to drive the growth of Datadog’s Network Monitoring products.
- Expand the Network Monitoring suite to meet new and evolving customer requirements.
- Analyze the network monitoring market and execute strategies to address its demands.
- Collaborate with Design to enhance the in-app user experience, ensuring it meets the needs of various user personas.
- Define and track success metrics for the Network Monitoring business.
- Partner with other Datadog product teams and customers to identify and prioritize opportunities for cross-product network integrations.
- Work with Marketing to educate Sales, Customer Success, Solutions, and Support teams on Datadog’s comprehensive network monitoring solutions.
Who You Are:
- Experience: 7+ years in B2B SaaS Product Management, ideally with a developer-focused product, and 2+ years managing a team of product managers.
- Leadership: Proven experience hiring, mentoring, and developing product managers or engineers.
- Business Acumen: Strong ability to assess market opportunities and implement strategies to accelerate business growth.
- Technical Expertise: A deep technical background that enables you to build trust with highly technical customers, engineers, and product managers.
- Product Development: Experience collaborating with designers and engineers to launch and iterate on user-facing SaaS features, particularly admin or configuration tools.
- Developer Focus: A background as a software engineer or product manager for developer tools, with a deep understanding of the development process and what resonates with developers.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Success leading complex, cross-team initiatives and delivering features that span multiple products.
