Information Security Analyst II - Customer Trust

Who We Are:

The Customer Trust team is the face of Datadog’s security organization. Members of the Customer Trust team interact directly with our customers, and translate customer security and compliance requirements into the overall Datadog information security program. You will support the sales organization in the procurement phase and ongoing vendor management program by responding to customer security questionnaires, evidence requests, and meeting with security teams from around the world to champion Datadog’s security practices and procedures. You'll also work on challenging projects, make an impact, and grow as an experienced analyst.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with the sales organization to address our customers’ security needs, including addressing security questionnaires and customer calls for both customers and prospects 
  • Execute customer audits for enterprise customers by meeting with them to address security questions, review evidence requests, and discuss audit results
  • Assist with improving and maintaining Datadog’s customer-facing security page
  • Collaborate across a 10-person team, as well as cross-team, and become an expert on Datadog’s security practices
  • Analyze customer security requirements and roadmaps to help steer security features for Datadog

Who You Are:

  • You have a BS in information security, information systems management, or computer science or equivalent experience in compliance, information security policy, information security operations and/or information security consulting 
  • You have had exposure to:
    • One or more compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI DSS)
    • Salespeople, the sales process, sales reporting, and the general nature of sales
    • Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) requirements from the perspective of an ICT third party service provider 
    • The current privacy landscape and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
    • Bonus: 3rd party tools similar to Safebase, Loopio, Jira, and Salesforce
  • You possess the ability to independently own and manage multiple tasks and high priority projects
  • You are fluent in English and have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • You can effectively synthesize technical information and translate it into higher level responses
  • You are extremely meticulous and value correctness, knowing that your output not only represents your team, but Datadog as a whole
  • You are a team player who enjoys working with others
