    • Leverage paid search (SEM), display advertising, and retargeting strategies to reach key audiences.
    • Focus on generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and driving measurable pipeline impact.
    • Continuously optimize programs for improved lead quality and ROI, based on performance data and insights.

Event Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and manage high-value, first-party events, such as Datadog Live, to engage key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Handle all aspects of event management, including logistics, budget, production, speaker coordination, and post-event lead management.
  • Partner with the partner and sponsored events marketing teams to integrate their efforts into the overall regional strategy for maximum impact.

Sales Collaboration & Enablement

  • Act as the liaison between field sales teams and the broader marketing organization, ensuring alignment on priorities, goals, and strategies.
  • Collaborate with territory-specific sales teams, sharing account lists and driving targeted engagements to support pipeline goals.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform sales strategies and improve demand generation effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Campaign Management

  • Collaborate with US-based demand generation teams to regionalize global content, optimize messaging, and enhance the effectiveness of landing pages and email campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and agencies to deliver integrated campaigns across multiple touchpoints.
  • Evaluate the success of programs using robust metrics, and refine strategies to continually improve outcomes.

Strategy & Reporting:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans with clear KPIs, forecasts, workflows, and enablement frameworks to meet demand generation and pipeline objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and report findings to key stakeholders.
