Group Product Manager - Integrations
New York, New York, USA
As the Group Product Manager for Integrations, you’ll lead a team of PMs to grow the breadth, depth, and adoption of Datadog’s 800+ integrations — which enable our 29,000+ customers to ingest and analyze data from across their tech stack. These integrations are central to Datadog’s goal to be deployed everywhere and used by everyone to monitor and secure their applications and infrastructure.
You’ll own the vision and roadmap for the integrations platform that Datadog engineers and tech partners use to build integrations. You’ll also be responsible for the core integrations user experience that tens of thousands of users interact with monthly to discover, configure, and manage integrations.
Finally, you’ll own the strategy and execution for how we grow the ecosystem of tech partners who build integrations with Datadog.
At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.
What You’ll Do:
- Accelerate the development of integrations by Datadog engineers and partners by improving tooling used throughout the development lifecycle — from coding to testing to deploying
- Expand the scope of Datadog’s integrations platform to support new business needs — such as ingesting new types of data or packaging new types of content with integrations
- Work closely with Design to improve the in-app user experience for discovering, configuring, and managing integrations
- Define and implement success metrics for all of the above
- Work with other Datadog product teams and a wide range of customers to identify and prioritize opportunities for additional integrations — including determining which we should build ourselves and where we should rely on partners
- Grow the ecosystem of tech partners who contribute integrations in addition to Datadog’s own Engineering team
- Partner with our Marketing team to educate Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions teams on how Datadog’s ecosystem of integrations compares to competitors
Who You Are:
- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Management (ideally on a developer-focused product)
- 2+ years of experience managing a team of multiple product managers
- You have a demonstrated ability to understand new technologies in depth and are eager to learn about the wide range of technologies with which Datadog integrates
- You have worked with designers and engineers to launch and iterate on user-facing features in a SaaS application — ideally admin or configuration features
- You’ve worked as a software engineer or as a product manager on developer tools and possess a deep understanding of the development process and what delights developers
- You have prior experience leading ambiguous and complex cross-team initiatives and have launched product or features that span multiple companies
Datadog values people from all walks of life. We know not everyone will meet all the above qualifications on day one. That’s okay. If you’re passionate about technology and want to grow your experience, we encourage you to apply.
