Senior Group Manager, Partner Marketing

Datadog is seeking a Sr. Group Manager of Partner Marketing to oversee strategy and execution of channel and cloud partner marketing in the APJ region. Reporting to the Director of Partner Marketing, this role involves leading a team of 5+ to drive partner marketing strategy, align with senior partner sales leaders, and collaborate with top partners to boost pipeline generation, accelerate deal cycles, and win business. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in managing large, complex teams and executing successful programs with channel and cloud partners.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead, mentor and scale a high-performing Channel and Cloud Partner Marketing team of 5+ to drive pipeline growth, support regional partner sales and enablement objectives and increase brand awareness
- Design and implement a regional partner marketing strategy that includes partner-led and joint in-person and virtual marketing programs, focusing on outcomes that drive pipeline generation and new customer acquisition in prioritized sub-regions
- Track and measure all regional partner marketing activities and optimize resources against outcomes and budget
- Ensure there is a standardized deployment of partner marketing events and campaigns across the region with little deviation in format, content, execution, and performance metrics
- Work closely with the global Partner Marketing Team as well as key stakeholders across the Datadog partner ecosystem to drive cross functional collaboration and execute targeted partner campaigns and initiatives
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s degree a plus)
- 10+ years of partner marketing experience, with 2-4 years leading high-performing partner marketing teams
- Strong experience with using partner marketing as a vehicle for new pipeline generation
- Ability to think strategically and understand how partner marketing can best fit into the broader go to market plan
- Experience in APJ
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to navigate a complex organization and generate buy-in for ideas and plans
- Desire to work in a high-growth startup atmosphere
- Can travel 25%+
