Manager, Enablement Operations

New York, New York, USA

Our Go-to-Market (GTM) Enablement & Business Value team plays an integral part in connecting our go-to-market approach to customer value. We’re interdisciplinary thinkers leveraging diverse business backgrounds in engineering, education, management consulting, business operations (and more!) to define, manage and measure Datadog’s global go-to-market motion. We empower all of Datadog’s customer-facing teams with the right training, skills, and tools at the right time in order to maximize their ability to drive Datadog’s next phase of growth.

At Datadog, our managers are player-coaches:  We’re looking for someone to lead and build a team of enablement operations experts who will own complex programs and craft end-to-end solutions to optimize Enablement & BV team workflows. Reporting to the VP of GTM Enablement & BV, the Manager of the Enablement Operations team is responsible for building strategy, managing, and ensuring the success of our enablement tools and platforms. In addition to the GTM Enablement and BV teams, this role will partner with leaders across Datadog (including GTM teams like Sales and Technical Solutions, and other internal strategic functions like Internal Analytics and Sales Ops) to maximize Enablement’s impact on Datadog’s GTM performance.

At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.

  • Removes operational bottlenecks: Partner to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements in operational processes/systems within GTM Enablement & BV.  Designs and implements automated solutions to optimize workflows and increase team capacity.
  • Dashboarding and standardized reporting:  Design, build, and maintain interactive, user-friendly dashboards/reports that provide insights into key business metrics and processes. Guide stakeholders to identify dashboarding/reporting requirements that align with their business objectives. Analyze and interpret dashboard data to surface opportunities for improvement.
  • Digital Learning Experience: Define the gold standard for the digital learning experience.  Guide teams to optimize for the UX and adult learning within the LMS and design programs that seamlessly bridge systems (LMS→knowledge management platform, etc.)
