Sales Systems Coordinator (US East)

Datadog’s Revenue Operations team is seeking a passionate Salesforce coordinator, who will impact a rapidly growing Salesforce environment and its connected third-party systems. This individual will proactively engage and support our internal customer needs and ensure we are delivering high quality solutions. They will assist in managing the CRM with the team to maintain existing features/products for the business, and partner with stakeholders to design and implement new global initiatives, and drive global quality improvement processes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Become subject matter expert for Sales Go-To-Market and Post Sales processes in Salesforce through day to day support of internal users
  • Troubleshoot, reproduce, and resolve problems reported by users in a timely manner
  • Manage and regularly review queue of system related requests to prioritize with the team for resource allocation and resolution
  • Optimize daily processes by developing and implementing automation solutions
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), deployments, and tech stack audits with the team to ensure business requirements are met and upheld
  • Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and application configuration
  • Present new processes and automations to Revenue Operations team to showcase enhancements to our system

Who You Are:

  • BA/BS in Business, Engineering, or other quantitative field
  • 0-2 years experience in Salesforce, including any combination of configuration and development, flow automation, user management, and report generation
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills to successfully communicate both verbally and written, strong time management skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and effectively use new processes and procedures to meet business initiatives
  • Ability to work effectively on teams by building strong relationships, listening to others, valuing opinions, and helping team to meet goals
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification a plus
