  • Collaborate with the product designers within the Product design team to help them tactically deliver and contribute to your larger initiatives.
  • Proactively identify areas of opportunity within the Data Observability suite to create more integrated and intuitive cross-product experiences.
  • Reduce ambiguity by producing new research into our multiple personas and drive new product development from your insights.
  • Educate your team on new tools and design frameworks, and act as a mentor to other designers

  • You excel at communicating and can tell a compelling story to build buy-in to your design strategy.
  • You guide the creation of the new patterns and can evangelize those patterns to scale across an organization.
  • You skillfully balance strategy, research, interaction design, and visual design to achieve effective and elevated design solutions.
  • You are a strong starter and finisher, able to take products from  0>1.
  • You have experience with advanced modern-day UX/UI tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch).
  • You artfully give and receive feedback, and seek out ways to improve you and your colleagues' ways of working
