I'm incredibly grateful for the experiences, mentorship, and growth I've had in my 6+ years at Datadog. As a Team Lead in Mid Market Sales, I partner with Engineering and Product leaders to navigate complex deal cycles and support my team in delivering real impact to our customers. The pace is fast, the work is collaborative, and we stay focused on execution. What I love most about the Mid Market team is that we thrive on healthy competition, constantly learn, and celebrate wins together.

Being on the Enterprise Customer Success team has given me the opportunity to not only engage with some of our biggest customers, but also collaborate with various teams such as Sales, Products, Engineering, and Technical Solutions. Working at Datadog is an adventure, and I cannot do my job without the support that everyone on my team has given me.
