EMEA Payroll Project Lead

This role will report into the Senior Payroll Manager of the EMEA region. 

The Payroll Project Manager is responsible for planning, ranking and implementing EMEA payroll projects (such as automation, payroll process improvement, Workday enhancements, and more!). The candidate will coordinate with other departments (including HRIS, People Solutions and the EMEA Payroll team) to ensure all aspects of the projects are managed for a successful and timely implementation. We are looking for a creative and dedicated individual who will fit with our fast-paced, collaborative culture.

What You'll do:

  • Work with the Senior Manager, Payroll to plan and execute key payroll-related projects including Workday Integration with ADP Celergo, time off & leave set up, and many more!
  • Define the project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Monitor progress of projects using the appropriate tools 
  • Review all deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and align with the specifications
  • Coordinate and follow up each project and the stakeholders involved 
  • Perform quality assurance & payroll testing before launch
  • Coordinate between HRIS team & payroll team to ensure each topic is led to its full resolution
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
  • Evaluate projects and assess the results
  • Setup change management techniques including assessing and communicating for project period and organizing reporting approaches for projects.

 

Who You Are:

  • Good knowledge and comprehensiveness of International payroll 
  • Able to influence and lead
  • Fluent in English (Fluency in another language is appreciated)
  • Service-oriented attitude and Ability to maintain a positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn, critical thinking, problem solving skills
  • Individual should have high energy with the ability to organize/prioritize workload and team work
  • Able to work independently
