Integrated Project Manager - Marketing Operations

In order to keep up with our tremendous growth and enable the marketing team to scale, we are seeking an experienced project manager to ensure the success and growth of marketing’s campaigns and projects. Like Datadog’s mission, this leader will be responsible for breaking down siloes across marketing by planning, prioritizing, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner as well as within budget.  


The Integrated Project Manager will sit on the Marketing Operations team, which is the central hub where every marketing campaign is processed through.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with leaders across Marketing to determine project scope, requirements, and priority
  • Identify and coordinate resources needed to execute projects in an efficient and effective manner
  • Build and manage project plans to ensure campaigns are on track and within budget
  • Report project outcomes and escalate issues as necessary to appropriate leaders and stakeholders
  • Conduct pre-mortems and post-mortems while constantly monitoring project progress and making adjustments as needed
  • Utilize project management software to monitor progress and measure performance

Who You Are:

  • A professional with 5+ years of project management experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Able to communicate effectively with other leaders and juggle multiple competing priorities across teams
  • Proven ability to successfully complete projects through the full project lifecycle

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Datadog ranges from $94,000 to $125,000, plus a competitive equity package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and
