What You’ll Do:

  • Build, manage, mentor and lead a team of multiple ABM marketers
  • Develop and optimize the overall account based marketing strategy for both Enterprise and Commercial accounts, globally
  • Collaborate with sales on a weekly basis to align on ABM strategy
  • Help create digital and physical account based marketing campaigns, ranging from advertising campaigns to direct mail
  • Help create and iterate on multi- touch revenue and account attribution models 
  • Promote our awesome in-house content to relevant audiences around the world, particularly through an account based marketing avenue
  • Work with product marketers, graphic designers, web developers and other members of the marketing team to help Datadog “fly off the e-shelves”

Who You Are: 

  • Someone with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing (or related field) 
  • Experienced in 5+ years leading account based marketing digital campaigns on a global scale with 2+ years of management experience
  • Strong in your understanding of attribution models, ABM digital ad and reporting platforms (DemandBase, 6Sense), and programmatic display
  • Able to communicate well with sales, from leadership to AEs and SDRs
  • Excellent in your written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to influence others
  • Someone with a desire to work in a high-growth startup atmosphere

  • You have experience with or a passion for the SaaS space
  • You’ve worked at a startup before
  • You’re a self-admitted technology nerd

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Datadog ranges from $141,000 - $188,000, plus a competitive equity package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, Datadog offers a wide range of best in class, comprehensive and inclusive employee benefits for this role including healthcare, dental, parental planning, and mental health benefits, a 401(k) plan and match, paid time off, fitness reimbursements, and a discounted employee stock purchase plan.
