What You’ll Do:

  • Build a regression based marketing attribution model to cross functionally inform and optimize marketing investments, with the overarching objective of understanding how various marketing activities (digital, events, traditional etc) impact key performance indicators
  • Report on and visualize marketing performance at macro and micro levels 
  • Help foster quantitative alignment amongst marketing, growth, sales and executive leadership
  • Create and maintain KPI artifacts to document marketing performance and inform strategy
  • Proactively uncover trends and insights to share with relevant stakeholders
  • Lead and mentor a small team of marketing analytics professionals 


Who You Are:

  • Someone with a Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Master’s degree a plus)
  • Experienced in 5+ years leading marketing analytics functions with 2+ years of management experience
  • A wizard at regression analysis
  • Strong in your understanding of attribution models and reporting platforms 
  • Excellent in your written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to influence others
  • Someone with a desire to work in a high-growth startup atmosphere

Bonus Points: 

  • You have experience with or a passion for the SaaS space
  • You’ve worked at a startup before
  • You’re a self-admitted technology nerd

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Datadog ranges from $141,000 - $188,000, plus a competitive equity package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
