GTM Strategy and Operations Senior Associate

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Associate to join our growing GTM Operations Scaling and Sales Productivity Team. Our team owns complex problems that require insight, creativity, and execution to build scalable processes, tools, and systems for our rapidly growing global business. You will guide operational enhancements and projects from inception to launch working closely with GTM Systems, Marketing, Sales, Sales Development, and other teams to help Datadog grow 10x as efficiently as possible. Doing this successfully requires understanding the “day in the life” for field teams, analyzing data, and proposing new and improved solutions to help them do their jobs most effectively by leveraging best practices.

What You'll Do:

  • Product manage our sales tech stack to optimize productivity and provide direct business impact

  • Generate insights to proactively propose innovations for accelerating revenue and operationalize through the creation of new processes and workflows

  • Hypothesize, measure, and learn. Continuously test and use insights to inform decisions and drive positive outcomes

  • Manage project schedules, identify risk and communicate goals and status to project stakeholders

  • Provide clear designs to the systems and engineering teams to build new tools and enhancements and collaborate with sales enablement to drive training best-practice adoption

  • Measure adoption, run focus groups, and do job shadowing to understand current state and develop improvements

  • Collaborate cross functionally with sales, customer success, marketing, strategy and other departments to help them reach their goals

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree 

  • 3-5 years of experience in GTM/Revenue/Sales Operations

  • Self-starter who is highly motivated 

  • Organized and results-oriented with excellent attention to detail 

  • Enjoy learning new things and applying to your day to day

  • Effective communicator, both written and verbal

  • Strong experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve problems

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM

  • Experience with quota and territory management and pursuit planning solutions (Anaplan, Adaptive, Fullcast, Quip, Prolifiq)

  • Experience managing and optimizing sales tools (Outreach, SalesLoft, Groove, SetSail,, Sales Navigator, Gong)

  • Excel experience and analytical skills

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Datadog ranges from $124,000 - $165,000, plus a competitive equity package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
